The maintenance products can be customized according to our customers’ needs.  Our company will require a maintenance contract if your everyday tasks are computer and internet-based as faults in your system can be very costly to your business. We guarantee to respond to any server-related call outs within four hours. We will endeavor to repair all hardware faults, however, when this is not possible, we replace the item. Our engineer will also visit you for health and safety checks on all the products covered by our contract.
